STEP ONE If you have not updated your software recently as of June 3 2009 you will need to install this update here FIRST
                      This will update your version to 2.260 or higher required for importing Top Hits latest data.

STEP TWO Click here and you will see a page like the image below.
                       Right-mouse-click on the filename and save it to my documents or desktop or somewhere you can find it again with mdb2000
                        NOTE: The mdb2000.mdb file contains ALL PAST CDs also up to the current month)

STEP THREE Run MDB2000 and import Top Hits U.S.A/RPM option and select the button on the left called Search for RPM files
                          and browse to where you downloaded the file in Step two above.

Then you will see a screen like below:
